Question:

After the plate is slotted, the back side is abraded too much. After installation, the hanger hook is completely fixed and transmitted by the AB glue. Before the AB glue solidifies, the facing stone is laminated layer by layer to transmit the force to the bottom stone. The overall stress is uneven. If the AB glue has problems due to durability, the stone safety will be affected immediately.

Construction reason:

The construction personnel covet the convenience of construction, and the cutting process is random. They believe and rely on the function of AB glue too much.

Department standard:

The slotting depth at point 3 of item 5 of part I shall ensure that the effective depth of hanging is not less than 10 mm. In the fourth point of the fifth item of the first part, the metal gasket shall be used between the stone and the hanging piece to make the gravity of each stone transferred from the hanging piece to the steel frame. It is forbidden to install the upper layer of stone directly on the next layer of stone, so that the gravity of the stone will be overlapped layer by layer and transmitted to the lowest layer of stone.

Note: when the hanging parts of this layer of stone do not work, the self weight of the stone will be transferred downward, causing the stress of the lower layer of stone to increase.

Question:

The thickness of the plate is insufficient, the back is too thin after slotting, and the AB glue in the slot is not filled or empty before solidification. When the upper stone is installed, it is directly pressed on the lower stone to make the stone slot crack.

Construction reason:

The specification control of stone materials is not in place, the unqualified materials are used in the project, the construction is greedy and fast, the empty structural glue is not filled, there is no gasket between the stone and the pendant, which is directly pressed on the next layer of stone.

Part I, item 5, point 2

The processing specification (length / width / thickness), facing and pattern of stone shall meet the design (or contract requirements) and construction requirements. If there is no clear requirement, the thickness of dry hanging stone (mirror panel) shall not be less than 25mm and (coarse panel) shall not be less than 28mm.

Part I, item 5, point 4

The stone and hanging parts shall be leveled with hardware gasket, so that the gravity of each stone is transferred from the hanging parts to the steel frame. It is forbidden to install the upper layer of stone directly on the next layer of stone, so that the gravity of stone is overlapped layer by layer and transmitted to the bottom layer of stone. The hole groove of the stone installation in point 5 of item 5 of part I shall be dry, clean and pollution-free, and the structure glue (it is forbidden to replace with dolomite glue) must be filled first before installing the hanging parts.

Part I, item 5, point 6

The groove (stress) position of dry hanging stone pendant shall be free of edge collapse, crack, stone inclusion, etc.

Question:

1. The hanging parts are slightly cut during grinding.

2. The position of the board joint to place the hanging parts is collided.

Construction reason:

In the process of transportation and installation after slotting, the construction personnel did not pay attention to the protection, did not replace after crashing, and directly repaired with structural glue, repaired and polished, and abraded the dry hanging parts.

Department standard:

Part I, item IV, point 1, hanging... The appearance shall be flat without cracks, burrs, pits, deformation, scratch, wear and other defects.

In the first part, item 5, point 6, slotting (stress) position of dry hanging stone pendant shall be free of edge collapse, crack, stone inclusion, etc.

Question:

The cracking in the middle of the plate may be shrinkage expansion, vibration cracking, or the original crack of the stone.

Design reason:

Without considering the shrinkage, expansion, vibration and other factors of the wall stone, the joints are designed as tight joints.

Construction reason:

During the construction process, there is no crack in the material, or it is found that the material will not be used.

Department standard:

The surface of point 9, item 5, part I shall be flat, clean and protected from pollution, defects and cracks.

Question:

When opening the hanging groove of stone, it is inclined to one side, which is not conducive to bear the horizontal outward force.

Construction reason:

There is no split when slotting.

Department standard:

The number and depth of the stone hole groove in point 3 of item 5 of part I shall meet the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, the groove shall be divided according to the thickness direction of the upper and lower stone contact surface (when the joint is hung), the groove width is slightly larger than the thickness of the hanging piece by 2-3mm, and the remaining thickness on both sides shall not be less than 7mm.

Question:

Marble glue shall be used for bonding between dry hanging parts and stones, and AB glue shall be used to cover up mistakes.

Construction reason:

The construction personnel inadvertently misused the materials or greedily and deliberately replaced the AB glue with the marble glue. Now, the AB glue is used to cover up the mistakes.

Department standard:

During the installation of the first part, item 5, point 5 stone materials, the holes and grooves shall be dry, clean and pollution-free. The dry hanging structural adhesive must be filled first (it is forbidden to replace with dolomite glue) and then the hanging parts shall be installed. The structural adhesive flowing to the board surface shall be cleaned in time to prevent the pollution of the facing. If there is any flow space in the bottom hole groove, the structural adhesive must be filled again.

Question:

The structural glue of the hole groove is not filled or the flow space is not filled after filling, and the force transmission between the stone and the hanging parts is uneven.

Construction reason:

In the figure above, the hanging parts are placed first and then the glue is injected, so the hole groove cannot be filled, and the construction procedure is reversed; in the figure below, the flow space is not filled after the glue is filled.

Department standard:

Question:

Although the stitched lines are light in weight, their integrity is poor. The dry hanging parts can not directly hang on each stitched part of the lines, and only rely on AB glue to bond, causing potential safety hazards.

Construction reason:

The safety of the decoration line is not considered in the deepening of the construction drawing of the exterior wall, and the adhesive ability of AB glue is too dependent, or the exterior wall is designed according to the interior design, or the wrong material specification is reused after the wrong material specification is prepared.

Department standard:

During the installation of stone materials in point 4 of item 5 of part I, each piece of material must be fixed with a hanging piece;

Safety and civilization

Question:

When welding the keel, the main keel is burned, the stone, the auxiliary keel and the dry hanging parts are not well protected or burned, and they are not rustproof yet.

Construction reason:

The finished products are not protected during welding construction.

Department standard:

Strict finished product protection measures shall be taken in Item 9, item 8, part I. The protection objects include all kinds of finished stones, steel frames, doors and windows, pipes and other finished products. It is strictly prohibited to damage or pollute the finished products and block the pipes.

Question:

There is no effective protection for raw materials (Fig. 1: AB glue), semi-finished products (Fig. 2: Post embedded parts), finished products (Fig. 3: stone slab facing) and other finished products (Fig. 4: rainwater pipe). The construction quality (Figure 1), steel structure durability (Figure 3) and finished product pollution (Figure 4) are reduced.

Construction reason:

The construction personnel have no protection for all kinds of materials and finished products, the construction is too casual, and the construction quality and finished product protection have no protection awareness.
